These Terms of Sale govern purchases made on zumylabs.com and complement our Terms of Service. By placing an order, you accept these terms.
1. Formation of the contract. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email.
2. Products. We sell food supplements to customers in Italy. Images are for reference only. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
3. Prices. All prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. Crossed-out prices indicate the product's usual price outside promotional periods.
4. Offers and discounts. Bundle offers and discounts are applied automatically in the cart and cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated otherwise.
5. Payment. Payment is made in full at the time of purchase through the payment methods available on the site. We do not store your card details.
6. Shipping. Shipping is free and tracked with Poste Italiane. Orders are processed within 24-48 hours and delivered within 10-15 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email.
7. Right of withdrawal and guarantee. You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the order. In addition, we offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee: if you are not satisfied, contact us for a refund.
8. Legal guarantee. Products are covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity under the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005).
9. Cancellations. You may cancel your order before it is shipped by writing to us by email.
10. Applicable law. These terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the court of the consumer's place of residence has jurisdiction.
