Shipping policy

At Zumy Labs we ship free of charge throughout Italy. Here is how, when and with whom your order arrives.

Coverage. We ship throughout Italy.

Cost. Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum amount.

Where does your order ship from? We work with an international supplier. Your order is prepared in its warehouse in China and travels to your address in Italy. We do not have a warehouse or stock in Italy.

Delivery times.

• Processing (24–48 hours): after you order, your parcel is prepared and shipped from our supplier's warehouse in China within 24–48 hours.
• Shipping (10–15 business days): from dispatch, your parcel reaches your address within 10–15 business days.

These are estimated times that depend on international transport and customs. During peak periods they may be slightly longer.

Transport. The international leg is handled by Sunyou; final delivery in Italy is made by Poste Italiane. Shipping is tracked.
