Refund policy

At Zumy Labs we want you to shop with complete peace of mind. Here are the conditions for returns, exchanges and refunds, in compliance with the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005).

Right of withdrawal (14 days). You can withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 days of the day you receive the product. To exercise it, send us an explicit statement at contacto@zumylabs.com with your order number, name and the products to return. You may also use the withdrawal form at the bottom of this page, but it is not mandatory.

Returning the product. After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the product within 14 days to the address we provide. The product must be intact, unused and, if possible, in its original packaging. We do not accept returns sent without prior agreement.

Return costs. In case of withdrawal, return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Refund. We will refund the full amount paid within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method as the purchase. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product or proof that it has been shipped. The time your bank or card issuer takes to credit the amount does not depend on us.

Satisfaction guarantee (60 days). In addition to the right of withdrawal, if the product does not satisfy you, you can request a refund within 60 days of delivery by writing to contacto@zumylabs.com, following the same return procedure described above.

Legal guarantee of conformity (2 years). All products are covered by the 2-year legal guarantee from delivery. If the product is defective, damaged or does not match the description, images or information published, write to us at contacto@zumylabs.com with your order number and some photos. In these cases return costs are paid by us and you can choose between replacement and refund.

Products arrived damaged. To speed up the check, we ask you, if possible, for a video of the parcel being opened showing the damage. The video is not mandatory and does not limit your guarantee rights.
