Terms of service

These Terms of Service govern the use of zumylabs.com and the purchase of products through it. By browsing or placing an order in our store you accept these terms.

1. Who we are. Zumy Labs is an online store of food supplements and wellness products selling to customers in Italy. The site zumylabs.com and the Zumy Labs brand are operated by Benjavillaloboss LLC, a limited liability company formed in the State of Wyoming, United States (ID 2026-002078320), with registered office at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States. 2. Use of the site. To purchase you must be at least 18 years old. You agree to provide truthful, complete and up-to-date information and not to use the site for unlawful or fraudulent purposes or in ways that could impair its operation.

3. Products and images. We strive to show product features as accurately as possible. Displayed colours may vary slightly depending on your device screen.

4. Prices. Prices are in euros (EUR). Shipping costs, if any, are shown before you confirm your order. Prices may change without notice; the price in force when you confirm your order applies. Automatic quantity discounts are applied in the cart and cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated otherwise.

5. Orders. The contract is concluded when we send you the order confirmation email. We may cancel an order in case of an obvious pricing or description error, suspected fraud, inability to deliver to the address given or inability to verify payment. In that case we will inform you by email and refund the full amount paid.

6. Payments. Payments are processed by authorised external providers. We do not store your card details on our servers. By paying you declare that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

7. Shipping and delivery. Shipping times, costs and conditions are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Withdrawal, returns and guarantee. The 14-day right of withdrawal, the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Returns and Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Intellectual property. Texts, photographs, videos, logos, designs and other content on the site are our property or used with authorisation. Their reproduction, distribution or commercial use without our prior written consent is prohibited.

10. Reviews and comments. If you post reviews or comments, you authorise us to display them on the site. We reserve the right not to publish or to remove offensive, false or infringing content.

11. Third-party links and services. The site may contain links or tools of third parties (payment gateways, couriers, social networks). We are not responsible for their content, policies or operation.

12. Liability. We strive to keep the site available and error-free, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, service outages or transport strikes. Nothing above limits the mandatory rights granted to you by the Italian Consumer Code.

13. Privacy. The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes. We may update these terms at any time. Orders are governed by the version in force at the time of purchase.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction. These terms are governed by Italian law. For disputes with consumers, the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile has jurisdiction.
